  1. mike.i currently live in southampton meadows in southampton mass.it was formerly run by the community builders inc under andrea pichette and cecilia marshall.{by the way mike,andrea pichette was fired by the community builders a few years ago for punching a maintenance man in the face over some issue the two were having-i just found that out a month ago as ms .pichettes name wasnt on the hilltop apts management list anymore}the community builders sold it to HAP INC. six years ago.hap inc.has been the one of the worst landlords any disabled or elderly tenant could ask for.we have gone thru a living hell here with this company-hap inc.they are agressive,arrogant,disrespectful.
    we get threatend with eviction if we bring up anything building related or have concerns wed like to address.mr kirby i wonder if youd like to do a story on southampton meadows in southampton?we coudl fill you in with a laundry list of things this company has done to the many elderly and disabled whove dared to speak up to them here.hap inc run properties are run down,filled with a lot of druggies etc.weve had some real winners be let in as tenants here under hap and have had soo many problems with hap.they dont screen tenants.have let in druggies,viloent types etc here.im trying to find a better place to live but im disabled and on ssdi.myself and others would be happy to contact you on filling you in behind the scenes how hap inc runs their properties.they have evicted many here who have spoken up about things-not caring if the person is elderly or disabled.mike- we have a reall doozy of a story here at southampton meadows and hap inc if youd ever like to know more.i can email later the contact email here if youd ever like to find out in detail how hap runs their places.thanks- a southampton meadows -hap inc run property-resident.

IVE HAD FRIENDS THAT HAVE LIVED IN HAP INC RUN PROPERTIES .HAP INC IS A SLUMLORD BAD LANDLORD COMPANY.MR KIRBY ,YOU SHOULD VISIT TALK TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAP INC AS A LANDLORD.THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO RUN ELDERLY DISABLED HOUSING FOR HUD.THEY EVICT PEOPLE IF THEY SPEAK UP,DO THE LEAST THEY CAN MAINTENANCE WISE AND UP KEEP WISE ON THEIR PROPERTIES,DONT SCREEN TENANTS.HAVE SEEN MORE TENANTS IN HOUSING COURT GOING AGAINST HAP INC THEN ANY OTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN OUR AREA BAR NONE.I AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS POSTED ABOVE ABOUT HOW BAD THEY ARE AS A LANDLORD.HAP INC SHOUDL BE INVESTIAGTED BY KIRBYONTHE LOOSE.THEY MAKE THE COMMUNITY BUILDERS INC LOOK GOOD-AND THATS SAYING A LOT.THEY MAKE THE NORTHAMPTON HOUSING AUTHORITY LOOK GOOD TOO.AND THATS SAYING EVEN MORE!NO ELDERLY OR DISABLED TENANT IS HAPPY HAVING HAP INC AS THEIR LANDLORD I CAN TELL YOU THAT.THEY ARE BUYING NORTHAMPTON LODING BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT TO MILK THE RENT MONIES FROM THE TENANTS THERE AND DO ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING TO FIX THE BUILDING. OR THE CONDITIONS.

  3. If I read this right, they plan to spend over $283,000 on each unit in this thing. That’s each. Granted they’re not asking the city for all that money, but wow. You can still buy a small ranch house with a yard and a basement for that much. Is low income housing always so expensive?
