Thanks to our twenty-four hour email tip line, KOTL has learned that Housing Allowance Program of Springfield has inked a purchase and sale agreement with the owner of Northampton Lodging. This can only be thrilling news to Pleasant Street, and might work pretty well for the present tenants of the building, if things work out. HAP is in its “due diligence” phase that buyers have to do before a property closing. They have filed an application for $300,000 in CPA money. To read their proposal, click on this link:
